If the order is placed before 3 pm we ship the order same day. If the order is placed after 3 pm then the order is dispatched on the next working day.
We deliver the orders in 3-4 working days.
Please keep in mind that we don’t offer delivery on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be processed the next working day.
Get Items delivered to address other than the billing address
Yes you can receive the item’s on address other than billing address. For this you can check the “deliver to another address” box on the checkout page and type the delivery address details and we will deliver the order on that address.

Please note that there might be a delay in delivery in some inappropriate circumstances. There might be a delay due to bad weather conditions and pandemics situations etc. These delays don’t happen regularly.

Signature required against the parcel
We use courier service which requires you to sign a document that you have received the item. Please note that this is only to confirm that the item is delivered to the right person. If you are not at home, the rider will try 3 attempts for delivery in any case you don’t receive the item, the courier will return the item to us. We will then call you back for new delivery address.
We Use different third party courier’s DPD , FEDEX AND TNT for delivery.
Where my order will be delivered?
The order will be delivered at the address you provide at the time of purchase. You can deliver to a address other than the billing address if you check the “deliver to another address” box. It will open a form for delivery address, once filled we will send the items at that address.
What if the items are damaged in the parcel?
If there are damaged items in your parcel please call us at +44 020 3290 7514 Or By Email at firstname.lastname@example.org. There may be several reasons for this. Please note that we will only accept items returned to us Unused within 14 days after delivery.
